This is DBT SKILLS TRAINING GROUP with four skills modules:
Each session at Psychotherapy Essence uses a DBT approach to treatment and follows a structured format: introductions, discussions, and activities. We start with a mindfulness exercise, then review skills, take a break, and then learn new skills. Your Registered Psychotherapist in Vaughan will guide the group, ensuring a respectful and productive dialogue. Each session will last 2 hours with a 15-minute break in the middle.
