Registered Psychotherapist
Currently Accepting New Clients
Emily offers a warm, grounded, and client-centred approach to therapy, creating a space where individuals and couples feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. She works with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, anger management concerns, and relationship challenges. Emily also takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach, supporting
clients in ways that honour their unique experiences, communication styles, and needs.
Her work is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices, and the Gottman Method for couples. Emily completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology in 2025 and believes therapy should be tailored to each individual, balancing compassion, insight, and practical strategies to support meaningful change.
