Natasha Caruso, MA, RP

Registered Psychotherapist

Currently Accepting New Clients

Natasha offers a warm, compassionate, and client-centered therapeutic space where clients can feel supported, understood, and encouraged to explore themselves deeper. Natasha approach is grounded in extensive experience in mindfulness, psychodynamic analysis, CBT, cultural humility, IFS, and trauma and culturally competent informed care – with the goal of creating a safe space to be gently challenged in ways that foster growth and resilience.

Natasha believes healing is not a one size fits all journey, and will tailor the treatment approach to meet you where you are. Natasha has further background in supporting individuals of deaf and hearing-impaired communities with cochlear implants and individuals supporting loved ones with Cochlear Implants.

Life can be challenging at times and we may not always be in control of what comes our way, but we can learn ways to cope when presented with the unexpected circumstances. Natasha believes we are more resilient than we give ourselves credit for, and we need to be reminded of the strengths that we already possess within ourselves.

Free consultations are available – so please never hesitate to reach out to see if we are a right fit.
